You can not wipe. Dry cleaning is done on special machines with special solvents. It is for domestic use.
Failing to clean the "Dryel" cleaning kits at home, "dry" clothing. They offer a simple all-purpose cleaner and a cloth patch, which evaporates some surfactants in a simple hot-air dryer. Never cool clothes "wet" in such a thing can be good to clean but that's another story.
