Help cant delete blank torrent file? - cannot delete torrent from vuze

I have a torrent file is empty on my desk that I can not delete. When I try to delete it says this:

"Can not find the article.

This is no longer in the directory C: \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ Users \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ etc.torrent etc.. Check the location of the item and try again "

I tried to unlock it, but when I right-click the file after you is not the program "Unlocker" option is automatically displayed. I have Vista 32-bit on the road.

I tried to start in Safe Mode and delete the file, deleted, I can not always even.

I tried re-downloading the "real torrent 'file will be removed and the empty file, but after rebooting my computer the file is empty again, if its only a temporary solution.
